Bookmark the first. Send the second to clients — it opens straight into the intake form with the console hidden, and carries no token.
Where records live
Nothing is stored on a server. A session is held in this browser and travels inside the link after #d=. Use Save record to keep it in this browser's client list, and Save file to keep a copy you can email or archive. Open reads a saved file straight back in.
Clearing your browser data clears your client list. Export the sessions that matter with Save file.
Optional — Google Drive sync
If you run the CEM Apps Script in your own Drive, paste its details here and they will be carried in your console link.
Treat the token like a password. It is the only thing standing between a stranger who finds your web-app URL and your clients' records. Keep it out of anything public, and if it ever gets out, change it in the script and redeploy.
